Your journey can result in strange meetings—such as encountering conservationists who are protecting rat packs or cunning goblin brokers offering budget proposals. Choose the most useful options from these encounters to proceed, but be careful—things can go sour.

High-Stakes Battlefield Encounters

At each battle, call in your troops by laying down cards on special tiles. Unlike most card games, your units come to life on the battlefield and will fight by default! After your turn has finished, your deployed army moves according to their missions and characteristics, fighting the enemy formations. Each unit and battlefield demonstrates tactical complexity, from traditional anvil-and-hammer maneuvers to flanking maneuvers and more.
