Bethesda has removed Denuvo from Wolfenstein Youngblood
Bethesda has released a new update for Wolfenstein Youngblood that removes the Denuvo anti-tamper tech. Wolfenstein: Youngblood came out in 2019 so it took Bethesda almost three years in order to remove it.
In Wolfenstein: Youngblood, players can team up with a friend or play alone, level up, explore, and complete missions to unlock new abilities, weapons, gadgets, cosmetics, and more to complement their playstyle and customize their appearance.
To be honest, I was disappointed with this latest Wolfenstein game. The game relies heavily on co-op and puts a lot of emphasis on looting. This seriously doesn’t feel like a Wolfenstein game.
But anyway, at least the game does no longer have Denuvo, so that’s good news.
Back in January 2020, Bethesda released a patch that added support for Ray Tracing and DLSS. MachineGames and Arkane used Ray Tracing in order to enhance the game’s reflections. You can find our benchmarks here.
Have fun!
