Thanks to their innings, the Afghan team managed to score a massive score of 305 in seven overs and lost seven wickets. In reply, Afghanistan captain Gulbadin Naib took six wickets and put Ireland’s innings on 179 runs. With its victory, Afghanistan has realized its strength before the World Cup 2019.

In this match played in Belfast, Ireland won the toss and decided to bowl first.
